About the Yogi Instructor
Sivananda Yoga & Meditation teacher since 1984.
I spent 7 years in New Delhi as the Director of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. Where I taught courses at the UNESCO offices in Delhi, HSBC Delhi, embassies & corporate offices.
