I had a look at the website and it is quite extensive, I'll even try some of the exercises in the morning.
The only real tip I can give you from Ireland about blood pressure is the obvious stuff; don't smoke, control your alcohol, lose weight (which I have done) along with making sure you have your five or more a day; less meat and more veg and fruit. Of course some high blood pressure is genetic and the above is all the more important then.
Disclaimer: if you think that your blood pressure is abnormal, please consult a local physician now! If you need, or are already receiving, treatment for abnormal blood
pressure, you must remain on this course of treatment until otherwise advised by the
physician. The tips presented here are to be followed IN ADDITION TO your medical
treatment, until your physician can positively confirm that your health has improved.
