What I Do - I teach Yoga (and other things), to all ages and fitness ranges. I offer an ideal way for all age groups to manage their blood pressure and bring some shanti into their life.

As a result, stress and many illnesses such as depression, anxiety and high blood pressure, can be overcome by attending yoga classes tailor made to your individual needs.
Who I Am - I am a Sivananda Yoga & Meditation teacher, and I have been doing this since 1984. After spending 7 years in New Delhi as the Director of the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre. Where I taught courses at the UNESCO offices in Delhi, HSBC Delhi, embassies & corporate offices. I then Qualified as an Art of Living teacher In Europe. I also teach basic sanskrit, Mantra chanting (Healing) therapy, Advanced Yogic detox ‘Kriya’ Workshops, Bhajans in Sanskrit (singing) therapy classes. Yogic diet, Ayurvedic diet workshops.
