This book as the title suggests is a wonderful workout book for women. It contains great eating plans for 6 weeks, with quick and easy recipes, and most importantly - workout plans. This is a wonderful book for losing weight and to keep yourself safe from hypertension and other diseases.
By the way, one day we met a young medical student from Belgium on the plane to Belfast and guess what he said!
"Men love women with shapely thighs and hips". He admitted that his favorite is Pippa Middleton and not Kate. You can guess why! I did say to him that all women would like to look skinny like Kate.
He though the dangerous factor is having fat on the abdomen, so this area definitely needs to be tackled.
So my suggestion is that if you do not have a firm abdomen then that's the area one needs to work on to strengthen and tone the ab muscles.
The book includes specific workouts for specific parts of the body - like the abs. You can do exercises to strengthen the back and abdomen muscles and to tone the abdomen muscles.
If you do though have excess fat on then you can get slimmer thighs, trimmer hips and also firm tummy by following this book.
